One of our goals is to be fully recognized as a competent SAP consulting agency by our customers and clients. We stand for a fair and trustworthy relationship with each other as well as for a honest and respectful communication.
Our mandate for action
We advise and support our clients and business partners with optimizing their business processes. We do so by developing high-quality SAP applications in a close partnership.
It is of utmost importance for us that the business processes are efficient and easy to use through visualization for the client. We develop high level innovative and digital solutions together with our clients to simplify their work experience through our clear programming work. This is how we drive innovation in the field of SAP consulting and development.
Our Responsibility
The commitment to the clavis employees is our lived corporate culture. The work environment is family friendly with a very good Work-Life-Balance. Our executives take care of transparent and comprehensible structures as well as clear decision-making channels. Clavis’ success relies on the constant training and development of our employees and their passion to develop innovative applications. We are also pleased to show our social commitment by supporting projects such as Watoto Kinder in Not e.V. and the inclusive art project Blaumeier e.V. We also support the charitable NABU (Naturschutzbund Deutschland).
Laws and Ethical Principles
We comply with several laws and regulations that concern our company. In addition, we are based on internationally valid principles such as the “Global Compact” of the UN, the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and the “International Labor Organization” for fundamental principles and rights at work.
Especially, we comply with the laws and regulations concerning working hours, minimum wage and corporate benefits. We also refuse any kind of discrimination because of someone’s race, religious views, disability, age, sexuality or gender and condemn any kind of forced labor, compulsory labor and child labor.
Health and Safety Protection at Work
We comply with the valid industrial safety and health regulations and pay attention to a safe and healthy work environment to maintain our employees’ health and avoid accidents, injuries or diseases.
Sustainability and Resource Conservation
We comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations and standards. Our aim is to save natural resources in every internal process. The system environment has been fully virtualized so that we can efficiently access our applications via the internet. Team meetings and project work are increasingly conducted remotely in order to reduce travel efforts and save the environment.
Dealing with our Customers
The relationship to our customers and business partners leaves a lasting impression on the appearance of our company. To act according to the rules and ethically correct is taken for granted by us.
We refuse any kind of illegal businesses such as corruption or bribery. We do not offer, nor do we accept presents or services that affect the personal behavior of our employees regarding their work for this company.

Every data provided to us by our customers or business partners are subject to secrecy and is always handled with trust. This regulation is mandatory for every internal and external employee.
