Our focus is on the design and implementation of business processes in the areas of warehouse and shipping logistics as well as maintenance and occupational safety. In addition to consulting services, we also offer our customers our own software products.
IT know-how plus process knowledge
Our customers are supported by clavis employees with developments in ABAP, ABAP Objects and Java. Mobile applications – also as online/offline solutions – are implemented with the mobile platforms of SAP SMP and Syclo as well as with Fiori / SAP UI5 and ITSmobile. Our employees’ technological expertise is rounded off by knowledge of numerous database applications, interfaces and programming languages (SQL, HANA, Business Connector, XI/PI, IDoc, ITSMobile, EDI, XML, PHP, etc.). The decisive factor in the training of our employees is the combination of in-depth IT know-how with detailed process knowledge.

The clavis consultants always work in close contact with the customer’s specialist and IT departments. This ensures that the know-how imparted during SAP consulting remains in-house after implementation and that internal problem-solving expertise is developed.

The basic rule in our projects is that we want to support the solutions we implement throughout their entire lifecycle: from specification and implementation to productive operation, including support and possible migration of business data to a new environment. This is the only way to see how the implementation of a solution affects the daily business of users and how much effort updates and support require. This is crucial for identifying and avoiding deficiencies in specification and design.
The company is based in Cologne and currently has 27 permanent employees. clavis customers include well-known companies from the solar technology, energy supply, retail, food and beverages, oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plant manufacturing, automotive and logistics sectors (see references).
